Telangana Social Welfare Residential Degree College (W), Karimnagar is the place where excellence exemplifies setting new standards in the field of academics with its continuous process to its consistency. This esteemed institution was established as a part of 30 residential degree colleges across the state of Telangana by our honourable chief minister Sri K.Chandra Shekar Rao garu in the year 2016 on the eve of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr.B.R Ambedkar Garu, and pioneered under the great leadership of Dr.R.S. Praveen Kumar garu.

This college is specialized college for women, affiliated to Satavahana University under TSWREIS. Dr. T. Laxman Rao, principal of this institution has been relentlessly striving to provide good facilities to the students since the inception of the college.

Giving utmost priority to the educational excellence, all round development of students and providing good atmosphere are the features of our institution. This college is a residential college located in a sprawling environment of nature in spacious campus, near Pratima institute of Medical Sciences/ Hospital, Nagunoor, Karimnagar District of Telangana.

The college is offering seven Bachelor of Science courses specialized in various different streams. The maximum intake capacity of the students in each course is 40.

OUR COLLEGE TRADITION:

 TSWRDC(W), Karimnagar college has a tradition of taking the students to educational tour every year by the sponsorship of Alphores Women’s Degree college. I year students were taken to “Yelgandul Khila” and II year students to Warangal, Ramappa and Laknavaram and III year students to various field trips.
